Car buffs – will you be in or around Orange County in the fall? If so, you should consider a visit to the Orange County International Auto Show occurring from October 4th – 7th, 2018. This year’s auto show will feature over 600 new vehicles, events for the whole family, and some of the area’s best food trucks.

Here are a few of the many exciting events to look forward to.

Test Drives

If there’s any great reason to go to an auto show, it’s to drive vehicles you may not otherwise get a chance to try. Auto Show visitors will have the opportunity to choose from over 100 vehicles. Take your pick from the latest in standard models across a range of brands, including Ford Trucks, Volkswagen, Buick, and Jeep.

Must See Vehicles

Watch for the latest model of the luxurious Infiniti QX50, which features a superior driving experience and the latest crash technology. You’ll get a chance to ask the experts about all of its innovative features, including the world’s first production-ready Variable Compression Turbo engine.

The Jeep Quicksand will also be unveiled which features a hot-rod chop with a sedan body. There’s no hood on this ultra-cool hybrid, and the Hemi V-8 with 6-speed transmission makes it an extremely unique find.

The latest Genesis GV80 will also be on display. Get ready to check out its stunning design and explore its innovative features, including a human-machine interface and top-of-the-line leather interior.

Family Fun

If you’re bringing the kids, rest assured that there will be plenty of things to do, including test drives, an activity center, and a scavenger hunt! Dodge and Ford will have drive simulators set up. Don’t miss the Jaguar table as they’ll have their fully interactive virtual reality I-PACE experience ready to thrill eager drivers of all ages.

Hidden Gems

Truckers and van fanatics need not miss the social truck and van show, which will feature over 50 of the latest in large work vehicles.

And of course, no trip to a car show would be complete without a chance to ogle at the world’s most expensive, luxurious and rare vehicles. This year there’ll be a ’67 Eleanor Mustang on display, as well as a new Rolls Wraith and Aston Martin DB11 plus a whole lot more on display at the exotic gallery.
