The holiday season may be the best time to experience some of the Disneyland® Resort’s popular dishes. When you visit between now and January 9th for the Disney Festival of Holidays, the Festival Food Marketplace located at Disney California Adventure Park® will offer a variety of delicious options. Be sure to purchase a Sip and Savor Pass which provides you with eight vouchers to redeem for the food and drink samples of your choice. Not only is this an efficient way to pay for your treats, it saves you from pulling out your credit card every time you want to purchase food.

To attend this event, make sure to book your accommodations early at the Camelot Inn & Suites. You’ll be conveniently close to the Disney® Parks and better able to take advantage of all the holiday offerings.

Marketplace Booths

With eight marketplace booths to choose from with your Sip and Savor Pass, you can select a range of different cuisines and menus. Some American cuisine vendors that typically participate in this event are Bengal Barbecue, Carnation Café, and Corn Dog Castle. When it comes to the Mexican food vendors, you may find Tortilla Jo’s, and the Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill. For local California flavor, some of the best vendors to use your pass on include Napa Rose, the Paradise Wharf Café, and the Paradise Garden Grill. These vendors are all known for providing the best food at the Disneyland® Resort.

Tasty Tidings

Tasty Tidings are about sampling cuisines served all over the world. Disneyland® holiday celebrations always include an emphasis on food. At the Festival of Holidays, each type of cuisine served represents a different part of the world and the way in which the winter holidays are celebrated there.

We recommend picking up a Tastings Passport before you get started. It lists all the Disneyland® food options, so it’s easy to keep track of what you’ve tried and what you want to try.

Some favorites among Disney visitors in previous years include ham shanks, macaroni and cheese, and a gingerbread cookie shaped like Mickey Mouse. But you can also get pork belly, shrimp & grits, and even hot cocoa marshmallow macarons.

Popular beverage choices include wines, beers, margaritas, sangrias, and family friendly drinks like S’mores Frozen Chocolate Milk, cold brew coffee, and Navidad Punch.

It’s worth noting that, in most cases, you can order food from any booth even if they don’t actually sell what you want. Once you’ve placed your order it’s necessary to go to the booth it’s made at in order to pick it up. This method of getting your food can save you time if the event is particularly crowded while you are there.
