Make The Most of Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival in 2026
If you love good food and creative drinks with a side of Disney® magic, the springtime Disney California Adventure® Food and Wine Festival is one of the best times of year to visit Anaheim. This beloved festival returns March 6 through April 27, 2026. The great news is you have plenty of time to plan a visit to the Disney California Adventure® Food & Wine Festival, centered around eating, sipping, and exploring.
What the Festival is All About
The Food & Wine Festival celebrates California’s diverse culinary scene, highlighting everything from agriculture to regional wines, craft beer, and innovative fusion small bites. Dozens of limited-time menu items pop up throughout DCA, and most booths offer a mix of savory dishes, desserts, cocktails, and mocktails, along with allergy-friendly or plant-based options. Although the festival is concentrated inside Disney California Adventure®, nearby dining spots in Downtown Disney also typically roll out exclusive offerings that tie into the festival theme.
Where to Find the Food Booths (and What to Expect)
Food booths are typically set up along the park’s main walkways near Buena Vista Street, Grizzly Peak, and Paradise Gardens. In addition, you’ll find around a dozen themed festival marketplaces, each with its own curated tasting menu. Since most portions are appetizer-sized to encourage people to taste as much as possible, the best strategy is to sample widely instead of committing to one vendor or marketplace.
Keep an eye out for the official Disneyland® Food and Wine Festival 2026 menu release. 2025 highlights included Sirloin Gruyére Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri, Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake, Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew Coffee, and a Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail.
Sip and Savor Pass: Worth It?
Spoiler alert: Absolutely. The Sip and Savor Pass is the easiest way to try multiple items. You can choose between a 4- or 8-tab pass, where each tab is valid for one food item or non-alcoholic drink at participating booths. One especially fun bonus: the pass usually comes with a themed keepsake. In 2025, it doubled as a plate that held both food and a drink cup — surprisingly helpful when you’re juggling bites and strolling the park.
Other Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Highlights
Live Entertainment & Culinary Demos
The festival brings in visiting chefs, Disney culinarians, and mixologists for demos throughout the day. Some of these include add-on experiences requiring tickets, like winemaker dinners or brewmaster receptions. You’ll also find live music at Palisades Stage and Paradise Gardens Bandstand.
Returning Fan Favorite: Soarin’ Over California
For a limited time during the festival, the park brings back Soarin’ Over California, the original version of the ride that takes you on a sweeping virtual flight over beaches, vineyards, cities, and redwood forests.
